1. Product Prices Include Sales Tax

No need to worry about added sales tax—we’ve got it covered! We don’t add tax to your total; instead, we reduce our own profit to pay the IRS directly. Shop with peace of mind!

2. Domestic Shipping Within the USA

We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

✅ We use official shipping labels only—never cheap or fraudulent ones—to ensure safety and transparency.

Shipping fees are based on your zip code:

• Zip codes starting with 9: 7 lbs – $9 / 7–20 lbs – $13 / 20–30 lbs – $20
• Zip codes starting with 8: 7 lbs – $10 / 7–20 lbs – $14 / 20–30 lbs – $25
• Zip codes starting with 6–7: 7 lbs – $12 / 7–20 lbs – $15 / 20–30 lbs – $25
• Zip codes starting with 0–5 & Hawaii: 7 lbs – $13 / 7–20 lbs – $15 / 20–30 lbs – $25–$40 (depending on location)

Tip: Combine your order to reach $250 and enjoy free shipping!

3. Product Pricing on Website vs. Facebook

Prices listed on our website may be around 3% higher than those in our Facebook Group or Fanpage. This is because the website supports credit card payments, and the small difference covers third-party processing fees.

4. Pre-Order Items – No Ready Stock

We operate on a pre-order basis and do not carry ready stock.
Once your order is placed, we purchase the product in Korea, ship it to our U.S. warehouse, and then deliver it to you.

⏳ Processing time: Typically 2–4 weeks (these are HOT DEAL items and require international shipping). We do our best to ship as quickly as possible!

✉️ Need your order urgently? Please message us directly via our Fanpage.

Upon receiving your package, please record a video of the unboxing process. This helps us verify and assist in case of missing or incorrect items. We truly appreciate your cooperation!

5. Member Account & Order Holding Policy

By registering as a website member, you can:

• Hold your order for up to 60 days to combine more items
• Select your preferred shipping date after payment
• Continue adding items to your cart while awaiting shipment

6. About Smith Bebé & Mom-Baby Products

Some Smith Bebé items may come with short expiry dates (2–3 months), but we always prioritize items with at least 6 months of shelf life. If a brand unexpectedly sends short-dated products, we will inform you right away.

Some snacks for moms and babies may be slightly more expensive on the website than on Facebook because:

• They are bulky, and the shipping weight is harder to calculate automatically
• Web prices include part of the shipping cost

Rest assured, prices will never be higher than direct orders, and we’ll always clearly explain the shipping cost if you prefer to order through Facebook or Fanpage.
