The Heart Behind Smith Tran

I'm Thu Trần: a wife and dedicated mom living in Northern California. Originally from Vietnam, I lived in South Korea from 2012 before moving with my family to the U.S. in 2021, and I still travel frequently between the U.S., Korea, and Vietnam.

Since 2018, I’ve been carefully selecting beauty and personal care products to bring to the U.S. at the request of friends. I realized that although there are many famous brands in the U.S. and Europe, they often aren’t well-suited for Asian skin, especially Vietnamese skin.

After nearly 7 years of skincare consulting, I’ve seen many of my Vietnamese customers enjoy healthier, more radiant skin thanks to Korean cosmetics, which are rich in herbal ingredients.

Along the way, I’ve also expanded into body care, Korean health supplements, and soon, Japanese products as well.

As a small, personal business, I keep costs low by not spending much on marketing, logistics, or staffing.

That’s why my product prices are lower than the market, while still guaranteeing authentic goods, all handpicked by me.
